Redneck Fishing Tournament in Bath, Ill.
At the Redneck Fishing Tournament, fishers catch Asian silver carp (also known as flying carp) with nets as the fish leap from the water to escape motorboats.
Asian silver carp are an invasive species that were accidently introduced to the wild in North America and are crowding out desirable game fish.
The next tournament will be held Aug. 3 and 4, 2012.
